Find what's really limiting your Google Ads profitability.
Most Google Ads reviews focus on the campaigns. Ours looks at the entire journey from click to customer. That includes your landing pages, lead handling, sales process, conversion tracking and the information your business sends back to Google.
Why?
Because Google Ads is only as profitable as the system it operates in.
This is designed for businesses where:
It isn't designed for businesses new to Google Ads, e-commerce, or self-service SaaS.
We begin by understanding how Google Ads enquiries are generated and move through your business.
We'll identify:
Once we understand how Google Ads performs across the whole business, we identify the improvements most likely to increase profitability.
Sometimes that's inside Google Ads. Sometimes it's in what happens after the lead arrives. Either way, you'll know what deserves attention first.
This is all very theoretical, so it might make more sense if we tell you about a few businesses we've worked with.
What the audit found: Google Ads looked profitable on average, but most of their bookings were at a loss. A few high-value bookings hid this.
How we fixed it: We changed the ad targeting to areas from where high-value bookings were more likely.
The result: Fewer bookings, but each was worth more, making Google Ads a profitable source of new business.
What the audit found: Calls from the click-to-call button on their ads seldom turned into customers. Most were calls for other businesses or from existing customers.
How we fixed it: Disabled the click-to-call button on the ads. Told Google not to show ads to existing customers.
The result: People who called were more likely to be genuine prospects.
What the audit found: Most of their Google Ads leads were from consumers, not other businesses. This showed up as a poor lead-to-sale rate.
How we fixed it: Changed the targeting, ads, and landing pages to make it plain that the business was B2B only. Told Google which leads were a good fit so Google could find more B2B leads.
The result: Better quality leads and an improved closing rate.
If you read these case studies and thought "that's obvious," you'd be right.
The solutions are often obvious. But only when you know what the real problem is.
You get to the real problem by examining the system as a whole. If you just considered any one part in isolation, you risk fixing the wrong thing or wasting effort on low-value improvements. Till then, system has slow, continuous invisible leaks that drain profitability.
By the end of the engagement you'll know:
Every recommendation is backed by evidence.
Pricing is based on your annual Google Ads spend because larger accounts typically have more complexity, more stakeholders, and greater opportunities for improvement.
